Dr. Raff has been my primary for about 6 yrs now & I’ll never quit him. I had a checkup with him today & per usual I have not one negative thing to say. From my repeated firsthand experiences, I can say with authority that Dr. Raff really listens & really cares about your total health. He’s just a really good & patient human being, which is a large part of what makes him a great doctor. His nursing staff radiate that same glow. Always upbeat, down-to-earth & joking, but consummate professionals at all times. Quite simply, Dr. Raff is THE BEST.

Dr. Raffinan was incredibly thorough with me and was extremely helpful with creating an action plan to improve my health. His bedside manner is one of genuine interest and concern in helping someone like me to improve my overall health. I really appreciated the fact that he was so invested in finding solutions, without treating me like “just another patient.” I would highly recommend him to anyone of my friends and family.

Dr Raffinan and his nurse (I cant spell her bame) were both great. The appointment was on time, I did not really wait long for anything. Both the nurse and the doctor did not rush make me feel rushed, and they answered all of my questions about any health issues. They write very good notes and provide good advice with sound reasoning, and even ask if you want the notes they wrote for you to be printed out to go home with. I am really impressed with the quality of care, and plan to continue come here for my future health needs

Dr. Raffinan is one of the best doctor I ever had. He is very easy to talk to and to talk with. He very detailed. He always answers your questions in a manner that you will understand. I can go on and on. He makes you feel so relaxed I wouldn’t trade him for anyone else. He just a great person

I found Dr. Raffinan through Zocdoc. Appointment was seamless with front staff being extremely helpful during the check-in process. The nurse who attended me, and took my vitals before the Doctor was polite and kind. This was my first time with Dr. Raffinan and I must say he was very attentive and thorough in listening, communication and evaluation. This was also my annual physical. I saw him take notes which were later shared with me for reference and referrals for specialty practitioners. The checkout process was just as seamless with the staff printing out the lab orders and Doctor notes.

When my doctor of 25 years retired I was really not looking forward to finding a new General Practitioner. I had just moved to the financial district and thought I would try and find a local Doc. Dr. Raffinan is seriously one of the best doctors I have ever seen. He is very thoughtful and thorough in his approach. He listens and gives you a very clear roadmap to getting your health to the place you need to be. I hope that he will be my Doc for the next 25 years and moving forward!

Dr. Raff is very empathetic. He also tries natural remedies like diet and exercise before prescriptions. His staff is amazing, especially Mialis, his assistant.

My appointment with Dr. Raffinan was smooth and helpful from check-in to check-out. His front desk are friendly, efficient. Dr. Raffinan was thorough, informative, and didn’t rush my physical appointment. My labs/xrays were processed within 24 hours and he sent me a message via the Healow app to communicate results, next steps. So happy to find a wonderful provider in NYC!

NP Tim Pierce from Dr. Raffinans office is awesome. Extremely knowledgable, very comfortable to talk to and 10/10 bedside manner. Can not recommend him enough. So grateful for him. The front desk staff is very helpful and kind too.

Dr. Raffinan, has been my doctor since 2020, and I can truly say he’s the best of the best. He listens deeply, understands everything I share, and treats me with so much care and respect. I never feel rushed, he takes his time, asks thoughtful questions, and always considers both physical and emotional aspects of my health. Having a doctor who actually sees you as a whole person is rare, and I’m beyond grateful to have found that in him. Highly recommend to anyone who wants real, compassionate care.
